Accessing the Administrator Area
Open the platform in a supported browser.
Sign in with an administrator or staff account.
Open the administrator menu from the management entry point.
Confirm that the visible menu items match your assigned role.
If you cannot see a function, check your role permissions with the platform owner or main administrator.
Common Management Sections

The dashboard gives staff a quick view of current platform activity, pending work, recent records, and shortcuts to frequently used functions.

Use system settings to maintain site identity, contact information, service messages, homepage display rules, and other basic behavior.

Sales and Billing
When sales features are enabled, staff can manage course products, orders, payment status, invoices, and related reports.
Reports and Analytics
Review learning progress, login records, abnormal behavior, sales data, and other reports used for operation decisions.
Permission Guidelines
Give full administrator access only to trusted platform owners.
Give teachers access to course content and class records they are responsible for.
Give assistants access to student support tools without exposing unrelated settings.
Review staff accounts regularly and disable accounts that are no longer used.
Avoid shared staff accounts because they make activity records harder to trace.
Before Publishing Changes
Before a major change is published, confirm the following:
The page or course title is clear.
The related class or student group is correct.
The video or file opens normally.
Permission settings match the intended audience.
The student view has been tested.
Troubleshooting
If an administrator page does not behave as expected:
Refresh the page and sign in again.
Confirm that your account still has the required permission.
Check whether the class, course, or student record has been archived or disabled.
Capture the error message and report the exact page name to support.
