Login to the Platform

Log In to the Platform

Users must sign in before accessing protected courses, student records, or administrator functions.

Use the latest version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, or another modern browser supported by your organization.

If playback or login behaves unexpectedly, update the browser first and try again.

Student Login

  1. Open the platform homepage.
  2. Select the student login or member center entry point.
  3. Enter the account and password provided by the course provider.
  4. After signing in, open the course list and choose a lesson.

Administrator Login

  1. Open the administrator login page.
  2. Enter your staff account and password.
  3. Confirm that the menu items match your role.
  4. Sign out when you finish using the administrator area.

Password and Account Notes

  • Do not share accounts with other users.
  • Change the password if there is any risk of exposure.
  • Ask the platform administrator to reset the password if you cannot sign in.
  • Disabled or expired accounts may require administrator review before access is restored.
