Student Manual

This guide explains the basic student workflow for using the LOL Online Learning Platform.

Before You Start

Prepare the following:

  • Your student account and password.
  • A supported browser or mobile app.
  • A stable internet connection.
  • Headphones or speakers for video lessons.
  • Enough battery power if you are using a mobile device.

  1. Open the platform homepage.
  2. Select the student login or member center entry point.
  3. Enter your account and password.
  4. After signing in, open your course list.

If you cannot sign in, check whether the account is active, the password is correct, and the course access period has not expired.

Watch Lessons

  1. Choose a course from your course list.
  2. Select a lesson or video.
  3. Wait for the player to load.
  4. Use the available controls to play, pause, or continue the lesson.
  5. Follow the course provider's viewing rules.

Some courses may limit fast-forwarding, viewing time, device access, or the number of simultaneous logins.

Learning Records

The platform may record login time, video viewing progress, course completion, points, quiz results, and other learning activity.

These records help teachers and support staff understand your learning status and follow up when needed.

Common Questions

The video will not play

Refresh the page, check the network connection, update the browser, and try again. If the problem remains, report the course name, lesson name, device, browser, and error message.

I cannot see a course

The course may not be assigned to your account, or the access period may not have started. Contact the course provider.

My account is locked or expired

Contact the course provider or platform support. Do not create duplicate accounts unless instructed.

Can I share my account?

No. Accounts are for individual use. Sharing an account may cause access restrictions or record errors.

Support Information

When requesting support, include:

  • Student name or account.
  • Course name.
  • Lesson name.
  • Browser or mobile device.
  • Screenshot or error message.
  • Time when the issue occurred.
